We are pleased to announce two additions to the office.

1. Only 99 years after its invention* I have finally given in and installed a paper and credit card shredder. Now all I have to do is to keep my fingers out of it.
2. Following a request from a client we have instituted for our non audit clients a service whereby we can make bank transfers for the client in accordance with his or her instructions which then go for electronic confirmation to the authorized signatories (from any computer around the world with the aid of a minikey controlled by the same security system used to connect the Government tax computer to accountants). We currently have this running with www.bankhapoalim.biz but I am sure that the other banks must either be offering it or working on how to introduce it if they wish to remain competitive. The bank's fees appear remarkably low, apparently coming to no more than agorot for salaries (which can go out automatically from my software)! We can of course offer this in combination with check writing, cash flow management and reporting. I have been using Poalim bank transfers at virtually no cost for my own business expenses for a long time and it is an excellent system.
