Below is a link to form 101, which must be filled in by every member of your staff without delay (even if they only joined you ate the end of 2007). The attached form is the 2008 version in PDF format, downloaded from the income tax website.
If you have any employees who are entitled to credits for having received academic or professional degrees in the last three years and have not yet obtained an ishur from the tax office, please download form 119 from the income tax site or ask me for it.
Please note that I will need either original or fax signed versions (both pages) back from your employees. If I only receive a fax you must retain the original for 7 years.
